The portfolio
Six front offices. All of them open.Right now.
Not demos. Not a showreel.
A foundation desk in Fort Worth, a repair desk, a studio, and more. Real diaries, real people reading.
Open any one below and say hello. Simon reads every word.
Show me, don't tell me.
Each picture below was taken on the live site tonight, with the desk already on shift. What you see is what a visitor sees.

01 / Fort Worth, Texas

Brad
Who Fixes Foundations · Independent help for homeowners with foundation trouble
A homeowner lands at 9pm with a crack in the wall and a photo on their phone. Brad asks what they are seeing, never says it is safe, and has the conversation waiting for Simon by morning.
Answers every hour, never diagnoses, never prices.

Sam
Roofing Solutions (showroom) · A roofer we made up, so you can see the desk work
A homeowner lands at 9pm with a stain spreading across the ceiling. Sam asks what the roof is doing, never says it is safe, takes the photo and the address, and books the inspection into the diary.
The showroom desk: everything a roofer's own desk would do, on shift.
Showroom: the roofing industry page, the template for every trade

Takes the fault, keeps the owner warm until it is fixed.

Simon's assistant
Living Image Photography · Portraits, forty years and more of them
A family wants a portrait and has a date in mind, or three. The assistant, wearing Simon's own face, settles the day and the time of day, then books a short call with Simon to lock it in.
The owner's own face at the door. The one thing nobody can copy.

Next on shiftGerman Shepherds of Australia and Shoot the Dog. Every website we own gets a desk, then every website we build.

Who is behind this
More than forty years of photographing people. Then this.
Every face on this page was made by a portrait photographer, and one of them is his own. That is the part nobody can copy: the owner's own likeness at the door, saying plainly that it is an AI, and that the owner reads every word.
Simon builds each desk himself, trains it on your business, and reads every conversation it has. When you write to one of these, you are writing to him.
Read his notes from the front officeWhy it can be trusted
Every desk works to the same published standard.
Five rules, written down, the same on every site above. A member of staff with the limits and accountability a good employee should have.
Read the published standard- tells you what it is and who is reading
- never prices, diagnoses, or promises on its own authority
- keeps every conversation warm until it is finished
- still works when the system behind it is down
- asks before it tells
